Something magical happened Veteco 2022. All of us who attended this event, both exhibitors and visitors, experienced an event full of excitement, closeness and optimism. Yes, optimism, which seems to be at odds with the discourse of some information channels. We all witnessed the dynamism that was felt during the four fair days at Ifema.

From LLAZA WORLD, we must admit that, months ago, when deciding whether to attend or not, we had our doubts and responded late, ...that pays. The available spaces no longer completely matched what was sought and there were fewer possibilities to choose from. So, by joining two floors we got a 186 m stand.2 located at the end of the pavilion, luckily still within the Veteco Solar sector. As we prepared the design, the products to be exhibited, the communication, etc. We were encouraged by the idea of ​​having that direct contact again with visitors, both clients and potential interested parties.

The days before the fair, when entering the pavilion to carry out the assembly, with the noise of the drills, once again noticing the smell of fair wood, the air currents, the incessant wandering of bulls carrying material from here to there …. adrenaline rush. How we missed this feeling!!

First fair after the pandemic, there we were with our corner stand, at the end of pavilion 9, with important news and a lot to tell. Very satisfied with a star product, the Storbox S-300 box awning, a new Atika tensioned pergola, variations on our Majestic bioclimatic. Apart from these bets, more established products also stood out, such as the Küadbox-400, Maticbox S-350 and Storbox-400 chests.

But in an event of these characteristics, not everything is about the product. The human factor of the team that prepares the material, assembly, coordination and attention to visitors have a specific weight of great importance. The success and non-stop that we experience from the commercial and marketing side is attributable to all of them. Throat lozenges, lots of water and sore feet, the three things also seem to be part of the KPIs that indicate satisfactory activity at a fair. During peak hours, our team could not cope with serving all the visitors, but they all did everything possible and impossible to make sure everyone was comfortable. We like our customers to feel at home when they arrive at our stand.

Currently, we are working on all contacts, continuing with the procedures and analyzing all the data obtained. Some surprising, like the number of international visits we receive. We really did not expect such a high proportion, so our Export staff took advantage of this opportunity and very interesting things are already coming out as a result of the work at Veteco.

Everything indicates that the ROI that will be obtained from our assistance will be much higher than expected. Another factor that contributes to success is the collaboration with RECALLS, sharing space and synergies. The next edition of Veteco will be in 2024, another challenge, since it is the same year in which the sector's benchmark fair takes place, the R+T in Stuttgart. We have had our space reserved at the German fair for years now, since 2018. We believe that we will also experience great moments there. There are many desires and accumulated expectations to celebrate it without limitations and with all the closeness that we like to have with our clients.
